This week in Science we learned about the properties of wood. First, we made predictions if pine and plywood would sink or float. Then we tested them. The next day we experimented to see how we could make the pieces of wood sink. We put a rubber band around each piece of wood and slipped paper clips under it. We predicted and then counted how many paper clips it took to sink each piece of wood.
