Today we got to see how our tie dye shirts turned out. It was very exciting! We can't wait to wear them when we go on our first field trip in October! (We'll be going to Central Market! More information will be coming home soon in your child's BEAR book.)
In science, we used our senses and recorded what we observed about each of the 5 pieces of wood (redwood, pine, basswood, particle board, and plywood). Then we added drops of water onto the different types of wood and discussed what we observed. We will continue to use wood and water this week.
