Word Hunt

Today we went on a word hunt. Each student searched for words that started with the same letter as their name. They looked around the room and in books. They recorded their words on a dry erase board with a marker. Then, they shared their words with a friend. Wow! This activity was so much fun!

Also in language arts today, we learned the blue song. I had a request to publish the words to the songs. The Blue song is sung to the tune of "The Farmer in the Dell." Happy singing!
