River Rocks

Then, we moved onto river rocks. We learned how to use screens and separate the sand from the gravel and the pebbles. We also learned how to tell if a rock is sand, gravel, or a pebble. We recorded what we learned and put our recording sheets inside our Science Notebooks. We will continue with our rock investigations throughout the month.
