With our Buddies today we played the dreidle game. We learned what each symbol meant and what to do when we landed on them. Then we took turns spinning and following directions. Some students were luckier than others!

Hi Ms. Shapiro,
Thank you for teaching about Chanukah. Issy and her family were with me on the first night of Chanukah. Issy knew all about the Shamos, the menorah and especially dreidels. We played dreidel a lot and lit the candles. It was exciting for me to realize how much she learned this year about Chanukah. I've taught her about it previously as well and it's lovely to know she's learning about it in school as well.
