Our last Scientist of the Week taught us about compressed air and water pressure. He showed us that when he squeezed a bottle full of water with a cartesian diver filled with just enough water so it would float, the diver went down. When he let go of the bottle, the diver went back up.
Since this was our last scientist, we will conclude this special project with a "Fabulous First Grade Scientist" afternoon on May 18th.
